A mini album for a friend - part 1

Hi ya!

I'm back with the first few pages of the mini album that I created for my friend's birthday earlier in September. I had never even contemplated making one before Mr Mojo hit me big time and I went from start to finish in 12 consecutive hours without a break. That's a first time for me as I never finish a project the same day that I start on it.

Please be gentle on me when you look at my first attempt at making a mini album!

Out of respect for the second person in some of the photos, I refrain from posting any of these photos on Facebook or with Prima Marketing. My friends have kindly allowed me to post them here on my blog though.

Don't you just want to start giggling yourself seeing her face!!
these girls know how to throw a joke and
scream with laughter!
Makes me so so happy!

I used these itty fussy-cut pink blooms on the card
that I shared in my previous post,
to bring together the pages of the mini album.

This is what hangs from the book rings.

The reverse side of each page is left empty,
it is covered in this same paper from
Finnabair's Vintage A4 paper pad.

My friend wants to add her journalling there
as each photo has a special memory to it.

And the second page looks like this;

The beautiful dog is Ester, THE best Ester in the whole wide world.
She is not only beautiful beyond words, she is wise, loving
and HUNGRY!
I always bring bananas (!!) for her when we meet,
they are her absolute faves.

I am absolutely shattered over the fact that
Ester will not be with us for very long.
Her sisters and brothers are
already waiting for her at
the Rainbow Bridge.

  3. Wow Eila this is gorgeous. A really wonderful mini album :)
Det er så masse flotte detaljer å finne kreasjonene dine og denne er ingen untak. Det må ha vært utrolig kjekt å bare kunne sitte å scrappe i 12 timer uten å måtte gjøre noe annet... Way to GO :) :)
