Cannot believe a whole week has passed since the workshops last weekend. Caught a nasty cold and have been concentrating on coping with my day-time job. First some photos from the workshops.
This one was taken by Riikka Kovasin at Finnabair's
workshop "Splash".
My goodness how talented she is Riikka!
I was struggling like mad with the short time we had for each step
and she just whipped up an amazing page
in absolutely no time!
And then two amazing workshops with this young man - Frank Garcia!
It was absolutely awesome meeting him IRL.
He is sooo sweet, a true gentleman
and incredibly talented too!
Thank you SO much for all the inspiration, help, chats
and encouragement Frank!
This southern belle kicked off Sunday big time with her
"Big 40" workshop - Donna Downey!
50 ladies using our heat tools at the same time
blew the fuses over and over again.
The concentration and creativity crackled in the air big time.
My hands still have paint stains and my apron
has many splashes of happiness.
I say, jump at the first opportunity of taking any of her classes!
This amazing weekend finished with a workshop with the
one and only Gerry van Gent.
She is one of the goddesses on mount Olympus of scrapbooking!
Gentle, mindboggingly talented, kind and sweet.
One of the nicest people I have ever met.
If you ever get to go to one of her workshops,
you will see miracles happen with paper and scissors!
It's not a coincidence that every single one of her pages
is drop dead gorgeous!
Back on 24 September I shared a short tut on the Scrap Around The World's blog and also showed a page that I had been working on simultaneously with the featured page. I thought I'd share the close-ups of that page with you today.
Here is "Bling Bling" - letting the photos speak for themselves.
Found the piccie on internet, luscious bling sandals!
who wouldn't want to have them with a summer dress!
Mixing stash-raided products with brand new ones.
The Prima Delight button is mounted on an old
dimensional sticker from MME.
I've been saving the pretty pretty blue/white clay buttons made by
sweet Ivana Camdzic for years.
That girl makes THE most stunning shabby cards, one more gorgeous than the next.
Have a looksie at her blog HERE

Et voilà!
Thank you so so much for coming by!
I am leaving comment every single day in blogland,
but as I cannot do that while at my day-timework,
my visits to your own blog may seem irregular.
I apologize if I come across as slack and uncaring because of this.
Love and hugs, Eila
