Prima September PPP and GD at Studio75.pl

Once again it's Friday but this time I have no page to share with you for The Color Room # 131 palette that looks like this.

I am pre-scheduling blog posts with already submitted pages as all my time and energy currently go to working full-time and also supporting two very, very ill friends.

Today I will instead share my Prima September PPP. Here is my take that I have called "Tranquil";

The photo is by the Finnish photographer whom I have mentioned many times before. I have her permission to use photos off her blog as long as I point out that they are not mine.

Used mask/modelling paste on acrylic film as I wanted the misted background to show through the masking.

I also have some happy news to share with you. Lovely Aneta Mencel, owner of Polish site Studio75.pl asked me some time ago if I would like to play with their collection "Summer and Latte" and be their GD in October. I of course said yes.

HERE is the link to the announcement and here is my page;

And with this I have come to the end of this post.

Thank you lovely ladies for popping in even if I cannot come for a visit to you at the moment. I thank you for your kindness and hope to be able to spread love on your blogs soon.

Have a really wonderful weekend! I'll be back on Tuesday with my Prima September BAP instead of a page for the CSI case file # 40.

Till then, cheerio! xoxo Eila

  1. The page with the fence is so beautiful. It fits all so well together, the colors, the details. Just gorgeous! The "young bloom" is also very pretty, love the dark purple flowers.

  2. You definitely go from strength to strength my friend. No 'bad scrap days' for you that's for sure :-)
    I love the first page very much! It has almost an organic feel to it and theacrylic backing for the mask is such a fab trick. Thanks for the tip. I love the second page too, especiaslly the dashes of teal mist here and there to lift the whole ensemble.I recently bought those papers too from P and they are so pretty. I am so sorry to hear about your friends Eila. They are lucky to have the help and attention of such a good friend! I hope they will get better soon!!
    (I can also tell you a wee secret;....I'll be scrapping all day because I got a HUGE box yesterday from my new DT in Norway....Curious yet...? :-D ) Hugzzz!

  17. What amazing pages Eila! Thanks for all the blog loving too!! I don't expect it when I know you are up to your eyeballs in very important matters. I do hope your friends feel cheered by your constant support - they are so blessed to have people like you as friends. These layouts are both stunning. Especially love the BAP - that colour scheme was just too gorgeous to pass up this month so I did the PPP instead of the BAP. Ooops I mean last month don't I?! Geez time flies!! Anyway, great job and congrats on your GDT- love how you lifted the papers with some bright contrasts!
