Merry Christmas!
Not long now before we hear Santa knocking on the door!
Even if we have a very small family and cooking for Christmas Eve isn't too overwhelming, getting ready for Christmas this year has been a bit of a challenge. I came down with a nasty tummy bug last week and still haven't recovered so DH and Emelie (my step daughter) are in charge of everything food related. It means we are having a non-traditional Christmas with store-bought food.
In my previous post I shared a page created back in November with stash-raided Crate "The Pier" collection, some Basic Grey "Mint Julep" chipboard embellies and Maggie Holmes canvas frames. Here's another one on the same theme and same products - summer.
Letting the photos speak for themselves again.
This photo is taken almost in the town centre. Stockholm is built on islands so we are surrounded by water, water and more water everywhere.
Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas!
I am particularly looking forward to
moments of quiet me-time, a glass of wine,
cuddles with my loved ones, chocolates
and watching loads of films.
Toodelipip! xoxo

What a cheerful and colourful page... July must definitely be the most beautiful month for people to be in Stockholm, your page is an advertisement of your city, Eila. Thank you for your warm comments in my blog, I too have enjoyed being in the DT of the OUAS with you... You have been an example for me, especially in showing your love and appreciation to every participant as well as the DT members. Thank you! I wish you the best Christmas season that can be!

ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas, Gud Jul och Hauskaa joulua tai oikeastaan hyvää tapaninpäivän iltaa. Luin juuri kommenttisi blogissani. Aika huikeaa! Kaikkea hyvää sinulle ja Bengtille alkavalle vuodelle 2014 <3
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear that you unwell Eila! I hope that you got your little pieces of quiet and are feeling much better! Festive Greetings to you and hope that you had a wonderful Christmas! This July page is awesome and all the elements just smack of summer, sea and beauty! As always, your page is fabulous! ;-)

ReplyDeleteBeautiful page & LOVE the photo & that you took it of your town. WOW I can't wait to visit you one day - Stockholm in the Summer (most definitely for me!) Hope you got your wine, chockies & movies. I watched 2 on Christmas day - Just Go with it & Just Friends - both hilarious movies, ate far too much & played shot poker with the kids whilst we were away. Must have a strong stomach as 7 shots of Strawberry Lips cocktail later I felt completely normal LOLOL!
