Hope you have had the time to take a peek at Helen Tilbury's new challenge site SATW - Scrap Around the World.
If not, HERE IS THE LINK
and here are the May mood board and sketch again
This is my take on them;
All papers are from Swedish Maja Design's latest collection Vintage Springtime Basics.
The cute pink asthers, floral sprays and teal sequins are from Aida's online shop 13@rts HERE
The Blue Fern Studios chipboard piece Garden Gate (074981) was painted in Lumière acrylic paint in Metallic Rust and then I swiped Lumière acrylic paint in the gorgeously shimmering Pearl Turquoise randomly over it..
This is what the Garden Gate looks like when raw. You can find it HERE
Garden Gate (074981)
The big centre flower was originally white but I painted it in diluted Lumière acrylic paint in Pearl Turquoise which I also used on the masked flowers. The rusty brown mist is Ranger in Butter Scotch.
OUAS May challenge also went live yesterday. It is team A's turn to share their pages, I'm in team B so I won't have a page to share with you.
However, Blue Fern Studios released its May sketch yesterday as well. I will share my take on it in my next post which is on Sunday, 5 May.
Till then, take care! thanks for popping by, makes my day!
